We can't tell you how excited we are to share this important day with all of you. We are so happy that we found each other, and for us, our wedding day is a cherry on top of a marriage we know will be filled with laughter, love, & adventure.

If you’d like to stay the night, we've reserved a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Kitchener/Cambridge, which is conveniently located just a short 10-minute drive from our venue. We encourage you to book early to secure your accommodations. However, if you prefer alternative accommodations, there are several other options located close by.

Transportation
For those looking to enjoy some drinks, or just to make things a little easier, a shuttle will be provided to and from the Hilton, free of charge. Your safety is very important to us, so if you are considering enjoying a drink or two, please do not drive.
The shuttle will be departing from the Hilton Garden Inn at 4:00pm, and return from Tapestry Hall back to the Hilton Garden Inn at 11:30pm and 1:00am.

If you decide to drive to the venue, there is free overnight parking (until 9:00am the following morning) available throughout the property and also in nearby parking lots.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be in the same location?
Yes, all events will be held at Tapestry Hall.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Everything will be indoors. We’re not outdoorsy people!
What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Guests may arrive at 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM.
Will you be reserving a hotel block?
If you’d like to stay the night, a block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Kitchener/Cambridge, just a short 10-minute drive from our venue. Book at this direct link. For more information check out the accommodation section above.
Where do I park if I’m driving?
If you decide to drive to the venue, there is free overnight parking (until 9:00am the following morning) available throughout the property and also in nearby parking lots.
How do I get to and from the wedding venue?
A shuttle will pick up guests from the Hilton Garden Inn promptly at 4:00 PM. Shuttles will return guests back to the hotel at 11:30 PM and at 1:00 AM.
What is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP no later than August 15, 2026.
Can I bring a plus one?
We love a full party, but only guests named on your invitation are invited.
Are children invited?
We adore your little ones (there’s likely a photo of them on our fridge), but only those listed on the invitation are invited.
What should I wear?
The dress code is formal, black‑tie optional. Dress to impress — and kindly avoid wearing white.
What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
We’ll happily accommodate — we’re Italian, everyone needs to eat!

Will there be an open bar?
Absolutely! The bar will be open during cocktail hour and again after dinner.
Do you have a wedding registry or preferences for gifts?
Your presence is truly the best gift. If you’d like, we greatly appreciate contributions to our honeymoon fund.

Julian will stay a Colalillo and Jenny will stay a Stranges.
